Word from the Pastor
It is a joy and privilege to serve as a Pastor of Asian American Missionary Baptist Church.We are a Christ-centered Church who focuses on serving God. Our desire is to lead as many people as we can to the Lord.
We are a Bible believing Church who believe that the word of God has never changed. Many Churches who used to be doctrinally sound but in the process of time, have changed their identity and even their beliefs to cater the demands of the present generation who do not like the teachings of the Bible. We need a Church that would stand for the truth that Jesus left in His Church before He ascended up to heaven.
We are affiliated with American Baptist Association where churches are working together to help missionaries within our fellowship. Our association does not and cannot send missionaries as stated in the Bible that, only a local new testament church has the authority to send missionaries. Our association works under the authority of the local New testament church.
Many of the newer Bible translations have been altered and do not teach anymore the fundamental teachings of God. We do not change the MESSAGE, the MESSAGE changes us.
We use the King James Version Bible.
Jude 1:3
Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort [you] that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.(KJV)
